Within the scope of this role, you’ll have a chance to work on a variety of projects - from fast pacing startups to complex system in large organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with Development and UI professionals from early stages of the product requirements and up to a working prototype - while always considering user and business goals.

- Master's degree in relevant fields (human engineering / cognitive psychology / industrial psychology, industrial engineering and management)

UX Designer [senior]
If you’ve got a knack for problem solving and you’re passionate about human behaviour and technology - we need to talk :) Our team is looking for an experienced UX designer to join our group of leading talents.
Within the scope of this role, you’ll have a chance to work on a variety of projects - from fast pacing startups to complex system in large organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with development and UI professionals, define initial features including product control, task management, and mentoring within the UX department. On the technical side, you’ll be responsible for managing the project budget and schedule compliance.
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years experience in the field of User Experience
- 2+ years experience in project management in the field of UX
- Good logical analysis capabilities and high attention to detail
- Creativity and original way of thought
- Ability to learn quickly while remaining flexible
- Proficiency and thoroughness are part of who you are
- Superb human relations, including management and customer-facing capabilities.
- Ability to work well on your own as well as in a team
Bonus points
- A master's degree in: cognitive psychology / industrial psychology / industrial engineering and management
