Oh, and we all proudly share an addiction to ‘problem solving’.
The Basics
Understanding how people think and behave is key to developing any successful product or system.
That’s why most of our UX talents hold advanced degrees in cognitive psychology. Combining this academic background with huge doses of curiosity, communication and creativity skills - allows us to leverage existing methodologies and come up with innovative solutions to our clients. The kind that not only solves problems to users but also helps companies increase profits.
The professional
Everyone knows that the core of every great product starts with an extensive understanding of users, environment and business needs. We infuse our day to day with meetups, professional conferences and weekly webinars that help us maintain an updated view on things. Having worked with so many different types of companies and projects over the past few years, our talents have access to a professional database of resources that enables them to share information and achieve better conclusions. From basic concepts built on powerpoint to complex detailed designs on Axure, we use the best tools available on the market in order to collect the right information and build a smart design solution upon it.

The life
We know that every true talent needs room to grow and that’s why each of our UX professionals receives a tailored training program that cultivates their ongoing creativity, innovation and happiness across years to come. We work in small groups on every single project, this provides a diversity of experience and ensures that there’s always a seasoned shoulder to learn from. And... if you’ll ask around, you’ll discover that this cooperation turns into friendships that extend beyond the grid of our project and office.

In short, we’re a bunch of creative folks who are literally C-R-A-Z-Y about design. Although each of us has a unique strength, our super power comes to life when we collaborate.
MEET THE PEOPLEThe Basics
We believe design has the power to change behaviour and stimulate the right emotion. Being able to do that in each of our projects is a challenge our talents face every single day. We’ve set creativity, curiosity and professionalism as our core values and these guide us in every step we take to deliver a pixel perfect output. Coming from diverse academic and practical backgrounds, we often collaborate to get different perspectives which help us determine a project’s approach in it’s design. To us, every design we deliver must maintain a fine balance between motivating users and improving business goals.
The professional
Design is constantly moving and affecting how companies and users interact with products. This understanding drives us to learn and expand our skills within the design world and within the areas that surround it. Each one of our talents receives a tailored training program which allows them to learn and grow in the world of design. In addition, most of our talents come from various backgrounds so each of us has a unique world of knowledge that can be shared with others.
Exchanging thoughts, inspiration and time with team members and with other departments allows us to come up with solutions that are unique and innovative. From photoshop, illustrator, sketch, animate, invision and more - we leverage the right tools at the right moment to convey the ideas behind our designs.

The life
Working closely on a daily basis gives us a broader perspective on each and every one of our designs but goes beyond the scope of our projects. We share a common design passion that brings us together outside office hours and into interesting meetups, casual drink nights and anything else that has the power to spark our imagination:) You’ll often see us debating design ideas over lunch or sharing the latest trends on our Facebook group. It’s a design world of opinions that creates a unique dynamic that (to be honest) is rarely seen among a large group of designers. Oh, and since we are constantly looking for more opinions, we encourage you to join us!

Technology moves fast and so does every member of our team. Originating from various academic backgrounds and experience levels, our talents continue to sharpen their front end skills by participating in forums, meetups, professional conferences and our very own periodical hackathons:) Each receives a tailored training program which allows them to learn and grow in the front end world.
Coming up with the right solution to a project is always a combination of the objective and the technological constraints. Before the code begins, we kick off each project by evaluating these factors and tailoring the right approach, technology and tools that will guide us through the entire process. From JS, Es6, Html5, Css3. TypeScript, Angular.io - we know how to match the right solution to the challenge at hand.

The life
Working in small teams on a daily basis means getting to know each other really well. Our experience proves that this has a positive impact on our work as well as our social life:) It’s safe to say that our day to day is filled with professional challenges and winning them together becomes more achievable when you’re more than just team members.
